We currently offer shipping to most countries. However, there are some locations where we may not be able to fulfill orders due to restrictions or logistical challenges. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

POSTERDIARY is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately at service@posterdiary.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary and will work with you to resolve the situation.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at service@posterdiary.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
