1. Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
Please note that sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at service@posterdiary.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond with return instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and details on how to send back your item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you used a discount code or promotion on your order, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at service@posterdiary.com with:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Your order number and any relevant details.
We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and process a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
- Worn or used shoes, unless faulty.
