Tesla has been committed to researching the ideal neighborhood layout to maximize traffic flow, enhance space usage, and help maintain property values.

Models and simulations have yielded great results. What’s odd is the neighbourhood layouts are all very long and thin in between which seems counter intuitive to the mission.

When reached for comment about these trends, Tesla’s CEO explained, “Of course they’re all slender and wide.

They are Elon gated communities, after all.”
